What You'll Do
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to the Product Governance and Compliance organization (PGC). You will be responsible for coordinating and executing projects or programs globally for Cytiva. Your project team members will be located across the world, majority in US, Europe and India.
Majority of Projects are implementing of new/changed Product Regulations (ex RoHS, REACH, BPR, CE, KC, EAC, ETL and more) or implementing a new/changed systems or a combination.
You will work closely with the product care and/or IT teams to initiate needed changes to the products/systems as well as the Product Technology Team (PTC) to get guidance on the product regulations.
You will report status to key stakeholder within the business and responsible for your own project budget.

Who you are
You are a leader that have:
demonstrated leadership in cross-functional global projects and shown that you can drive project activities to completion.
experience in driving project with a Lean framework, especially when implementing new systems in a global environment
ability to identify and present the key message in a condensed and structured way
proven project management training (e.g. in project planning, cost control, risk analysis, project financials)
Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to increase performance
a BS Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
