Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.We are a team responsible for introducing new products on buses at our production facilities in Södertälje, Słupsk, and Sao Paulo. Background
We are in a period of several exciting changes and challenges related to the product roadmap and are now seeking for the next project manager to join our team. Your tasks
As a project manager, you represent bus production in several cross-functional product development projects, and you participate from the concept stage to implementation. Every day at work, you influence Scania's products and the development of our assembly process by driving, collaborating, clarifying, and guiding colleagues and employees toward the project's goals. 

You lead the internal project team consisting of engineers, logistic developers, verification operators, etc., and are responsible for the project's results and reports to the management team for Product introduction chassis and cab. You will be part of a team of several competent and experienced project managers while having daily close contact with other functions such as R&D, our production facilities, procurement, and marketing.

Your profile
You have a degree in engineering or equivalent and at least 3 years of relevant work experience as an engineer/project manager.

As we operate on an international stage, fluent English, as well as a good Swedish level, is a requirement. We value your personality and give you the prerequisites to succeed and develop within your role. We recommend that you are good at planning and organizing your work and have the capability to handle several tasks simultaneously.
