You report to the management team for product introductions. An important part of the assignment is to plan and follow up activities and goals in the projects to ensure product introductions with good mountability, ergonomics, quality and productivity after implementation. You will belong to a team with several competent and experienced project managers, while you on daily basis work closely with other functions, such as R&D, purchasing, marketing and all global final assemblies and KD operations.

Your profile:

• You have a master or bachelor degree in engineering or similar, alternatively equivalent internal technical education

• As we act on an international arena, fluent English as well as Swedish is a requirement

To succeed in the assignment, we value that you have good leadership skills, are driven and can handle several projects at the same time. You also have a good ability to cooperate and communicate, have good social skills and are good at planning.

You will be an important part of Scania's future:

As an employee with us, you are offered:

• a stimulating and developing work with competent employees where cooperation and job satisfaction come first
• good development opportunities in a dynamic production environment where you will be involved in industrializing product solutions that meet both the wishes and requirements from internal customers and end customers
