Global Project Manager to Customer Care at Volvo Cars

What you´ll do
The Global Project Manager will drive defined commercial projects within agreed scope, time frame and resources. You will be responsible for initiating, leading, planning, executing, and reporting approved Customer Care products and processes at our partners’ markets. Depending on the project, some traveling to markets (EMEA) and our Customer Care Hubs might be required.
You will need to coordinate work requests through implementation by monitoring work efforts, accountability, and removing roadblocks; while ensuring efficiency and providing comprehensive, frequent, and transparent reporting and status back to management and stakeholders
The incoming Global Project Manager will play a vital part in establishing our organisation as Consumer Experience Partner through excellence in implementation and successful handover to operations. In addition, you will be joining a great team that consists of project managers and service delivery managers with various background and skills.
What you´ll bring
Minimum 5 years of Commercial Project Management experiences, preferably background from Management Consulting
* Proven ability to lead implementation projects with consumer digital elements in an international environment
* Strong acumen for Business Development and stakeholder management is necessary for this role
* Great understanding of consumer digital products and services and as well as agile working methods; former Salesforce experiences is a plus
* Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional language is a bonus
* Experience and knowledge from customer care organization is a great advantage

You combine analytical thinking and structure with a “get it done mentality”. You are a proactive communicator with a high energy level, enjoy collaboration and take accountability. You can build on best practice, to quickly create results, and to easily adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. You always put the customer perspective first and have a good understanding of the challenges in the automotive sector. Leadership qualities is highly essential in this role since you are managing people with different roles and levels connected to the project
