Here’s what it’s all about
Oatly is growing and we are looking for a Global QA Legal & Regulatory Affairs Lead to join our global organisation. Together you will lead the work in setting global processes, guidelines, templates and build systems within your area of expertise. Another important mission is to make sure that Oatly has a surveillance organisation in place to keep the organisation up to date with current and new applicable legislation, standards and technological development. In this role you will work a lot together with other departments, Supply chain operations, Innovation and the Commercial organisation. You will also work in tight collaboration with the Regional QA Market & Regulatory organisations to globally secure legal & regulatory compliance.
Here´s what you will do
- Be part of developing & lead forums and processes to be on top of all latest updates affecting QA legal & regulatory areas.
- Be part of developing & lead implementation of supporting tools / systems.
- Be part of developing and lead the work with QA legally & regulatory requirement.
- Best practice sharing between regional QA Regulatory organisations.
- Secure rigid policies and processes to handle quality claims, on our products, allergen management as well as product incident management.
In this role you will report to the QA Global Legal & Regulatory Affairs Manager, the position is placed in Malmö with the possibility to work partly remote. Some travel may be required.

Other key competencies & experiences:
- Bachelor's or master’s within food quality/food safety or law school with food as master.
- Relevant experience of working with legal & regulatory requirements in a global setting.
- Production quality management.
- Knowledge of GSFI standards.
- Experience working with product management, artwork and labelling.
- Experience of working with horizon scanning.
As we act in a truly global setting, your communication skills in English must be excellent, both verbally and in writing.
