JOB SUMMARY

Working with the Head of Corporate Quality, the Global Quality Coordinator is responsible for participating in developing the Corporate Quality and Environmental Management Systems, including deploying, and implementing different processes and routines locally and globally.

The role will require worldwide travel on a regular basis.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in developing and maintaining corporate documents related to Quality and Environmental Management, Business Continuity Management, and the Code of Conduct (CoC).
• Participate in implementing corporate processes at both sites and globally. Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency in delivering quality outcomes.
• Provide continual support to the local sites to ensure the successful and accurate implementation and maintenance of the QMS, EMS, and Code of Conduct.
• Support local sites and sales to prepare for Customer Audits and pass them successfully.
• Provide support to local sites to interpret and understand applicable environmental regulations.
• Provide support to different regions and sites, as required, to effectively address and resolve customer complaints.
• Perform Internal Audits as requested by the Audit Plan (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CoC).
• Perform Audits of Suppliers.
• Keep track of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure companies take the necessary actions when targets are unmet. Track KPIs and ensure that companies act when targets are unmet.
• Provide training to employees on quality and environmental standards, Business Continuity Management, Risk Assessment and Code of Conduct, and best practices to ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through innovation, collaboration, and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Your profile

You have few years of experience working in a Quality role on a global level, with good experience from working with ISO 9001 and 14001. It is good if you have knowledge also about ISO 45001 and Code of Conduct (eg RBA or similar).

You are used to work with tools, such as 8D reports, 5 Why analysis, Fishbone diagrams, Pareto analysis, PFMEA/FMEA etc.

You have a university degree or College Diploma in quality or equivalent experience/education, and you are trained as internal auditor for ISO 9001 and 14001.

Experience from working globally with manufacturing companies is a merit.

You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.

As a person you possess strong communication, organization and time management skills. You are analytical and like to work in a team.
