Are you our new Global Quality Expert, Projects & Standards who will ensure design to quality is incorporated in Kalmar product development and that quality tools are globally implemented, efficient and value adding?
In this role you will also be responsible for global analytics of quality data and provide training and share best practices and knowledge across the divisions as well as support the organization in complex problem solving.
This position is located in Ljungby, Sweden and you will report to Anton Sanden, Director QEHS Engineering & Business Intelligence.
Main tasks and responsibilities
You will lead the development of processes, methods, governance and tools for Quality in NPD projects based on good-practice sharing and common continuous improvement. Act as an additional support resource for QEHS in NPD projects and monitor and cross read between NPD projects to share knowledge and re-using work done. You will also be responsible for leading the development of processes, methods, governance and tools for Quality in New Technology Development projects based on good-practice sharing and common continuous improvement.
Other tasks:
Review, propose updates and initiate needed training for KGS standards.
Support PLC and CAPA teams in complex problem solving.
Monitor and analyze our quality data, find quality improvement areas.
Monitor, analyze and improve the quality of the data.
Support the organization with data analysis.

What you’ll need to succeed
Education level needs to be University Degree, Bachelor of Science (M.Sc.) or similar experience.
Solid knowledge in agile project management.
Experience in process development and implementation.
Experience in Risk assessments and FMEA.
Experience in Minitab.

As a person you have a business- and market mindset. You are solution and result oriented and very accountable. Strategic capabilities and ability to see helicopter perspective are also important in this position. You are structured, logical and fact based, able to challenge and effectively influence the organization across divisions. We are looking for team-player and network building person who have experience of working with people from different backgrounds and cultures. You have good written and verbal English skills. Also:
Independent and enthusiastic approach to work.
Solid knowledge in quality tools and systems such as ISO 9001, 5S, TQM, and Six Sigma.
Good basic knowledge and experience from using basic QEHS and LEAN tools such as 6 Sigma, Audits, A3/8D, 5S, Safety Walks, Problem solving, Kanban, etc.
