Your job
As Senior Quality Specialist, you drive global improvements within Rock Tools through quality forums, projects, audits and task forces. You facilitate the development of global processes and procedures as well as the use of relevant quality improvement tools such as root cause analysis, PDCA and Statistical Process control. You play an instrumental part in the development of our global and cross-functional quality processes and of our management system. In this context, you lead development activities in collaboration with relevant global stakeholders such as management, design, product management and production.
You play a key role in our global quality networks, providing leadership, expertise and contributing to the development of our quality roadmaps including our digital transformation and customer focus in all parts. Assessing current maturity level and identifying improvement priorities for our global quality processes and procedures – you enable us to take the next step in our quality development.
Your character
We believe you have a track record in developing effective quality management systems and driving change in a global industrial company. You have experience from leading audits and it's a plus if you have knowledge in Six Sigma and project management. You’re a true team player with a collaborative approach, driven by networking and coaching others to effective teamwork. With great communication skills you lead in an engaging, empowering and trustful way – staying goal focused and ready to seize new opportunities for colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
You hold a relevant master’s degree in engineering or similar, and as we are a global organization, you´re fluent in English, while additional languages are beneficial. The location is either Sandviken or Västberga, Stockholm, depending on the right candidate. Global travel is included in the role.
