We are currently looking for a Global Quality Training Engineer to join our company. This position is situated at HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. The purpose of this position is:
To support the maintenance and strengthening of the existing compliance training program for the Quality function within Global HQ.
To maintain and strengthen the existing QA training matrix’s and coordinate/ align training items.
Support Global Quality System improvement activities.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maintain and strengthen the Global/HQ QA training program, which in addition may involve training items applicable across different sites in the business.
Develop and deliver various QMS training sessions to the organization (both in HQ and other sites if applicable).
Partner with People (HR) to ensure global training policies, procedures and tools are compliant.
Conduct training needs assessments, maintain/strengthen the training matrix for the Global QA team, and establish trainings to foster a culture of Quality and Regulatory compliance.
Work independently and with business partners to develop, design, and deliver specific training and development initiatives (both in HQ and manufacturing sites if applicable).
Global QA main point of contact for training needs and development of training material in LMS system, for the team.
Support quality improvement projects within the Global Quality Systems team.
Provide support during internal and external inspections/audits.

Lead/support quality improvement projects.
Support audits.

CAPABILITIES; QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Required Capabilities, Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Education or technical field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or training programs in a regulated industry (Medical Device or Pharma preferred).
Experience is supporting/managing training programs ideally in the medical device or Pharma industry (both paper based and electronic).
Structured and organized work ethics.
Ability to work independently across multiple organizations.
Proven ability to support inspections and audits.
Team player, patient and customer focused.

Desired Capabilities, Qualifications & Experience:
Knowledge/experience within the following medical device regulations ISO13485:2016, Medical Device Directive (MDD) and Medical Device Regulation (MDR).
Attended a ‘Train the Trainer’ training program.
Operational Excellence/Six Sigma/Lean training or certifications.
Experience using electronic training systems, with focus on setting up training matrics in the system, connecting training items and employees, and in the development of effectiveness checks associated with training items (e.g. survey, quiz with measurable pass/fail criteria).
