This new position will establish the financial framework for the global R&D organization within Floorcare and Small Domestic Appliances sector. It includes both the overall R&D structure, including all sub elements, as well the supporting the project management.
The Global R&D Controller will be responsible for driving and implementing strategic and tactical controlling initiatives through cooperation with local R&D site controllers.

Key operational responsibilities
. Business Partner to CTO, VPs of R&D, Marketing and CFO . Interface with senior levels of management with regard to strategic direction, project milestones and business case implementation . Develop Business case framework as well as Global Project portfolio financial overview and financial selection/ prioritization criteria . Financial responsible for all new product business cases and STK3's setting incl. challenge of all element of the component of the STK'3. . Development of KPI's for R&D projects as well as within the R&D operations area
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Controller, Preferably in a Consumer Durables or FMCG environment supporting R&D . Degree in Finance/Accounting . Proven track record working with management as a business partner . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Results oriented and deadline driven . Strong Business acumen as well as excellent excel and financial modeling skills . Sound judgment, initiative, and the flexibility to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
