Responsibilities
Your main responsibility is to manage and develop the team for future growth. Take an active part in the R&D Equipment management team. Provide leadership and be a speaking partner to project managers and R&D site managers, to drive improvement activities and to communicate project portfolio updates.
Department budget and investment plan
Ensuring that the R&D projects are aligned to the product roadmaps and R&D strategy
Establish project KPIs & dashboard and report project status
Facilitate collaboration with other relevant functions within ESAB to enable improvement

Your profile
You are a team player and have extensive experience in leadership. You are used to delivering results, by your excellent communication skills and a strategic plan.
B. Sc. or M.Sc. in Science or Busiess Administration
Leadership skills, preferably with personnel responsibility experience
Project management experience in product development
Ability to communicate and lead the work within and outside R&D
Good communication skills and used to working closely with R&D in a customer-oriented environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience from working with a global company
Meritorious if you have a background in software development
