We are looking for an innovative and data-driven Recruitment & Onboarding specialist, who will develop and continuously improve our ways of working to support the exiting growth journey for Epiroc.
Your mission
As Global Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist, you will contribute with your expertise in Recruitment & Onboarding to design global HR processes to maximize business performance in accordance with Epiroc values and business needs.
In close collaboration with team members around the world and internal HR stakeholders, you will proactively drive projects to develop and improve processes and systems in the Recruitment & Onboarding area – including setting a strategic direction and roadmap for the processes and systems; short-, mid- and long-term.
Some of your main focuses in this role:
* Continuous improvements creating the best possible user experience in Recruitment & Onboarding systems and processes, through simple and easy-to-use solutions enabled by digitization and agile methodology.
* Proactive market trendspotting that you will translate into sustainable business implementations, improving our ways of working within Recruitment & Onboarding
* Manage and maintain relevant applications in SAP Success Factors.
* Identify and develop Key Performance Indicators, as well as state-of-the-art data analytics.

Your profile
You need a bachelor’s degree in relevant area, such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar. You have at least 5 years of experience specializing in Recruitment & Onboarding. You must have deep knowledge in related processes, but also a good understanding and a genuine interest in working with related systems and applications - providing ideas to take this area to the next level. For this reason, it is a great advantage if you are familiar with SAP Success Factors and LinkedIn Recruiter functions. As this is a global role we require fluency in verbal and written English.
Key to success in this position is your strong sense of ownership, combined with a business mindset. You are used to a project-based way of working with great organization skills and you thrive on continuous improvement and innovation. It is highly advantageous if you have previous experience in change management, digitalization and automation initiatives.
As a person you are a creative, goal-oriented and hands-on person with ability to handle both strategic and operative tasks. You have an ability to take strategy in to full scale implementation, with tangible business results. Apart from being a great communicator, you enjoy cross-functional collaboration, networking and building relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden, however for the right candidate we may consider an alternative location within the CET time zone. Occasional travel is required.
