We would like to hire a Global Relationship Manager to take on client responsibility for a large telecom client of TCS, headquartered in the region. The role is based out of Stockholm, though depending on actual business requirements travel within Sweden and/or to India will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and improve relationship with the target customer (ranging from Operational, Tactical to CXO level).
- Coordinate with TCS colleagues to meet account performance and customer expectations.
- Create account strategy & budget based on performance, financial targets, for a one to three year period.
- Overall responsibility to achieve set sales targets.
- Lead solution development efforts to address customer pain points.
- Bid management for RFXs - perform bid manager role to liaison with other internal groups in driving the completion of our response.
- Perform regular delivery reviews and act as the escalation point in case of service delivery deviations.
- Managerial responsibility (incl performance management reviews, career planning etc).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 15 years experience in IT services/outsourcing industry, specifically in Telecom Technology space.
- Previous sales/pre-sales experience within the IT Services sector.
- Very good knowledge & understanding of IT services offerings, processes and operations, in an offshore centric environment.
- Minumum 5 years management experience from handling large accounts.
- Experience of delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model is an absolute must.
- University Degree: Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Fluency in English (written/spoken). Fluency in any of the Nordic languages is a plus.
