Global Resolution Support within Quality & Technical Support is the central organization for driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for the company’s most prioritized issues. With close cooperation with Tetra Pak Services colleagues in Clusters and Market Companies you structure a detailed understanding of the customer problems and lead the root cause analysis (RCA) to why issues occur.
What you will do
As our new Global Resolution Leader, you represent the Markets for their top issues in the way that you are their voice centrally and ensure full understanding of the customer situations and what are required to close the issues.
You will focus on:
· Drive resolution and root cause analysis for Accident & Incidents and complex escalated issues
· Act as Ambassador for structured Problem-Solving Methodology
· Drive with Clusters how to maximize value of local containments and how to proactively prevent issues
· Drive process improvement activities within the area of Issue Resolution
· Communicate/ follow up on issue resolution, deploy group quality methodologies and tools
This position is based in Lund, Sweden, but you will work in a global arena. You will travel approximately up to 20% of your time.
Who you are

In this position, you must enjoy being the expert, sharing your knowledge and inspiring people, in the same time developing yourself continuously.
You have a strong customer focus and are keen to combine this with your technical competence. Your personal drive is strong and you like taking overall responsibility. Your communication skills are excellent, and you have the ability to build trust and good relations with global colleagues.
You hold a master’s degree in Mechanics/Mechatronics/Automation Engineer or related field. It is required that you have minimum 5 years’ experience working with Carton Value & Economy portfolio within Tetra Pak. It is good if you have PSM advanced certification and a bonus if you possess green belt in Six Sigma.
Your English skills are excellent, spoken as well as written.
