OM TJÄNSTEN
In the role as IT-support for our customer, you will primarily communicate through chat to help the co-workers with their questions. It is important that you are proficient in the English language and that you have a genuine interest for IT. You would be employed by us at Academic Work and then work as a consultant for our customer.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
You are:
* Data-driven and want to begin/continue your career within the IT business area
* Have experience of working with chat as a communication tool, experience in support, customer service or similar
* Have a passion for IT and problem-solving
* Proficient in English

Knowledge within Office 365 and Dutch is valuable but not required.

* Someone who takes pride in taking initiative
