We are looking for a Global Rewards Manager to establish and manage best practices that will help attract and engage the best talent for Mölnlycke. In this role you will be a member of the Talent & Rewards team. You will report to the VP of Talent and Rewards and be located at the HQ in Gothenburg.
The Rewards Manager’s responsibilities include managing the global Performance Management cycle and developing and governing rewards and benefit programs fit to the organization’s needs. To be successful in this role, you should have good knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and be familiar with organizational psychology and dynamics.
Ultimately, you will build and govern contemporary and fit-for-purpose compensation and benefits programs that will help improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for leading the Compensation & Benefits function in EMEA and for driving the excellence of the function in terms of its processes, compliance and effectiveness.
• Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s culture and strategic plan.
• Support the VP of Talent & Rewards in advising the Remuneration Committee of the Board as well as executive and senior management in matters related to compensation and benefits.
• Provide professional, specialist advice to the Global HR community on Reward policy and processes as required.
• Provide advice to the HR community on job evaluation as well as carry out evaluations using the Management Position Evaluation Scheme.
• Participate in or lead Compensation & Benefits projects on a global scale.
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
Requirements
• 5-7 years of professional experience.
• Experience in Compensation and Benefits .
• Substantial and successful experience in Human Resources.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems and tools (SAP experience desirable).
• Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
• Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems (IPE or HAY).
• University degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field.
• Fluent knowledge of English.
