About this opportunity:

Environment, Health and Safety unit in Group Function Marketing & Corporate Relations (GFMC) is responsible for creating a work environment that promotes health, safety and well-being culture within the organization.
We are now looking for an experienced Global Management Systems Manager, who will work to develop and secure the effective understanding and implementation of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Standard and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) Standard.
The role reports to the Global Head of Environment, Health and Safety, Ninel Kamer Akbas.
What you will do:
Maintain an up-to-date OHS and EMS framework to ensure efficiency in Ericsson and fulfilment of external requirements
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standard
Support the organization regarding the content and deployment of the Management Systems annual activities
Ensure that management reviews, audits and assessments are carried out and value adding : Track, follow-up and report on corrective action progress and results
Identify and prioritize improvement areas and address them
Interact with external certification body and agree with MAs/BAs/GF for deployment of annual certification process
Interact with Group EGMS function about new requirement on EGMS
Assess the current level of compliance and mitigate gaps for continuous improvement
Maintain internal pages and documentation requirements to provide up to date information to management
You will bring:
Relevant academic degree
demonstrated experience in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems implementations
10+ year of working with safety in a global organization
Demonstrated leadership capability
Experience from large organizations with multinational diversity
