Arbetsbeskrivning
Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Do you want to build Scania’s future and lead the electrification shift? The world of transport and logistics is electrifying rapidly, and Scania is facing the biggest shift in our history. Our target is to take a leading role in the transformation by introducing new tailor-made products, services, and sustainable transport solutions. Besides a whole new product range, this will change the way we do business and interact with our customers.
Within Sales and Marketing, we are setting up a new function (KF) to increase our speed and focus on the e-mobility value stream. We are aiming for a value stream with an entrepreneurial “company mindset” with end-to-end responsibility and clear accountability for the e-mobility business.
The role
We are setting upp this role in order to better ensure the challenges in safety that this transformation requires and will function as support for Scania as a whole. The role is placed in the e-mobility Service team but will have the mission and mandate to support all operations within Scania from Research & Development over Production & Logistics to Sales & Marketing and Commercial Operation. You will also, based on e-mobility and safety, represent Scania in various forums and be involved in the dialogue with our owner - TRATON and colleagues within the VW Group.
What you will do
• Drive safety prospecting, interpret legislation and coordinate close collaboration with all of Scania operations.
• Full responsibility for coordinating and drive a cross-functional team and managing different networks.
• Represent and participate within TRATON and the automotive and electrification industry to contribute and monitor Scania’s interest.
• Be part of and provide data to influence future safety legislation within electrification.
• Ensure that the right systems, processes, and methods are developed and used.
• Verify and execute safety training together with Scania Academy.
Your profile
We are looking for a curious self-starter who is a proffessional within safety related questions in a high-paced environment. You have an open mind and enjoy building things in a context where the road forward is not always clear. You have experience in legislation, how it is structured, how to interpret and be applied. It would be a big benefit if you have experiences with the specific challenges and opportunities in the area of electrification. We highly valuate leadership and/or project management experience and we also want you to have excellent ommunication skills and master English with high proficiency.
Scania’s culture is characterized by openness, diversity and respect for the individual. The people who work here are our most important asset, so we will invest in you to help you grow with us. As a Scania employee, you are offered several benefits in addition to personal and professional development opportunities. These benefits include mutual bonus, leasing car, occupational pension and flexible working hours which support work-life-balance.
Application
We are looking forward to reading your application that contains a motivational letter and a CV no later than March 30.
