We’re now looking for a Global Sales & Operations Manager to join our Rock Tools division with responsibility for Top Hammer products. Your mission
In this position, you have the overall responsibility to create a consolidated global supply plan for Top Hammer products, balancing service to customers, Net Working Capital and supply chain cost. The creation of the supply plan is based on the input from our regional planning teams and further refined into a supply plan for our production units. This is an integral part of our Sales and Operations process and you have the formal responsibility for that process for product line Top Hammer. You’re also accountable for the Days In Inventory globally and doing follow-ups for a wide set of KPIs for our performance.
To continuously develop supply chain processes and ensure they are implemented and followed up by defined KPI’s is also an important part of your job. As is reviewing demand plans from all regions for the product line through the Regional Sales and Operations meetings to ensure that the regional and global demand plan is in sync. You work together in a team of two Global Planners for product line Top Hammer.
The location for this job is Sandviken, Sweden. Some travel may be necessary during normal circumstances.
Your character
We’re looking for a self-motivated problem solver with previous experience from the area – either through a degree in logistics or economics or from previous work. You always make sure to take actions on key matters, and you understand the value of these characteristics for an organization to grow and stay competitive. You see possibilities easily and have an open mindset, which enables you to work with many stakeholders on different levels.
Working both operational and tactical takes a strategical mindset with an ambition to find improvements that benefit customers and internal stakeholders. You make sure to solve problems that occur, not just work around them. With your engaging and communicative ways, you thrive when presenting material in a captive way - finetuning your message depending on the situation and audience.
