About the Job
You will be part of the global sales application team, in the central Business Unit Food Heat Transfer, consisting of 7 engaged colleagues with a focus on different key markets and its applications. The business within biofuels is at a good level and with a great growth trend. Today this is mainly driven by bioethanol but do also include other biofuels such as; HVO, biodiesel, biogas and biojet.
Biobased energy is a truly dynamic and exciting market to be part of! In this role, you will work closely with our sales offices and our customers (such as: end users, system builders and EPC contractors) within the focus markets; bioethanol, HVO, biodiesel as well as sugar, starch and edible oil.
The main task will be to support our sales companies with technical knowhow, and commercial support, so they can be successful with the customer. You are expected to work closely with our service colleagues, Sales Companies, Marketing & Product management and Operations to secure an outstanding experience within the full business lifecycle. Your tasks are but not limited to:
Grow the global sales of heat exchangers within focus markets.
Understand our customers overall production processes and requirement for heat exchangers.
Enable good competence level in sales companies.
Support sales companies on technical and commercial matters.
Customer meetings and presentations, visiting customers in your area.



The position is based in the Headquarters in Lund, Sweden. Travelling days is estimated to be 20-30 days a year.


Who You Are
We are looking for an outgoing and proactive profile with a high drive and strong independence. You have a customer centric mindset with a strong passion for process and sales.
You could have a degree in chemical or mechanical engineering, and you are familiar with industrial production processes and don’t mind looking into details to identify the sustainable heat exchanger solution. If you combine that with a commercial mindset, you could be our candidate. Besides that, we expect you to have:
Customer focus, with experience from sales
Preferably experience from biofuel processing and heat exchangers
Strong intercultural understanding and interpersonal skills
Builds fruitful networks and a solid team player.
Eager to learn and quick to adapt to new conditions.
Strong communicator and fluent in English
