Global Sales Engineering team is looking for a new GSE to support Sales Engineers in EMEA head region in our large and strategic sales projects and education.
Who is your future team?
Global Sales Engineering is a very diverse team of 6 GSE's and 2 Technical Training Engineers. The GSE team is a part of a bigger Global Engineering Services group under the Solution Management organization. In total we are 15 people with very diverse cultural and professional background but all sharing a mindset of providing the best possible service to out technical teams in the regions
What you will do as a Global Sales Engineer - EMEA
You will be supporting our technical sales team in the EMEA region. In close collaboration with your colleagues in Global Engineering Services you will be responsible for:
* Supporting large sales projects in the region, assist with coordination and technical competence.
* Creating and delivering education and training for your colleagues across the world.
* Driving and developing the network of Sales Engineers in EMEA and globally.
* Acting as a troubleshooter and coordinator to solve complex technical challenges.
* Facilitating knowledge and information transfer across the organization both in the regions and headquarters
Who are we looking for?
* You have a technical interest and natural system solution thinking. You have good communication and networking skills and are senior enough to be comfortable in taking decisions. You are also business oriented and have a good understanding of the project sales cycle.
* You have a relevant (Bachelor's or Master's) degree or similar and more than 5 years' experience within system engineering and at least some years with customer relations. Fluency in written and oral English.
* Several years of technical experience, preferably from the IT industry, is important. You also have documented work with system solutions close to end customers.
In addition to this, it will be greatly appreciated if you have
* An excellent understanding of Axis' products and services.
* A broad cross-cultural experience and ability to collaborate with remote colleagues.
* Knowledge in Computer Networks
