Global Sales Manager

Our client is a global leading fashion brand.

As a Global Sales Manager for our client you will find yourself in a dynamic, fast paced and international retail environment. Your actions will have direct impact on the performance of the stores and the company’s success. This position is based out of our offices in Stockholm and requires frequent travel to all markets in Europe and overseas. In this position you have a personnel responsibility for approxomately ten persons, all whom are directly reporting to you. 
 
Responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet budget by set KPI's
• You will lead store managers across Europe and overseas
• Sales analytics management
• Staff management
• Supervise visual standards execution at stores
Experience and Qualifications

• A top-class sales person! You have managed the art of selling
• 5 years of store management experience with proven track record of success. Someone who wants to move to the corporate side of things.
• A person with multi store management experience
• A good sound business mind who understands how to work in a cross functional role and how actions affect business
• Minimum Bachelor’s (University) degree
• Advance MS-office package knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Computer savvy
• Fluent in English, oral and written (Swedish is a plus)
