About the job
Business unit Welded heat exchangers (BU WHE) will be the market leader with the widest and most competitive heat exchanger offering. We will improve sustainability and create a superior customer experience over the product life cycle. One of the BU:s eight products, wet surface air coolers, is already well established in the US market and now we are looking for a Global Sales Manager to take the next steps towards market leadership globally.
You will create a sales strategy for the product and then execute on it, where you persistently and selectively work on your opportunities directly with our customers as well as through our sales companies. It is a remarkable product which will enable a technology shift to improve efficiency and sustainability in its field. In this you also work to secure an outstanding customer experience over the full lifecycle. The position is based in Lund, Sweden and you are working closely with the team in our US site.

What you know
You are highly motivated salesperson with experience from the technical sales within technology heavy industries. You have an technical academic degree and experience in securing growth and market-leadership across markets while showing strong stakeholder management skills. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
