As Global Sales Manager you will grow our Retail Finance business by driving sales and loyalty for retail partners through our value propositions and ways of working. Create growth for Retailers by enabling a healthy economy for the many people
The Global Sales Manager is overall responsible for creating profitable and sustainable growth in the Retail Finance Business line. You will be part of the Commercial team, working centrally, but in close collaboration with our Sales colleagues in our eight countries. You will establish efficient sales processes and a common sales methodology across our eight countries. Together with your colleagues in the countries you will drive sales and recruit new Retail Partners to Ikano Bank. You are an expert in Retail Finance and will support the countries in optimizing sales with both new and existing Retail Partners.
Key assignments:
• Drive sales and create value for our Partners and Customers
• On-board new international Retail Partners
• Establish efficient sales processes and sales methodology across our eight countries
• Set common sales KPI´s and measure, follow-up and act upon those
• Share best practice across countries

You are energetic and passionate about bringing value to our customers. You have vast experience from strategic selling and from working with consumer finance and omnichannel retail. As a person you are down-to-earth, curious and open-minded. You are proactive, have a strong drive and an ability to make things happen on your own and with the help of others.
You will bring:
• Vast experience from the Consumer Finance business
• Senior experience and a track record in International Sales and Sales Management
• Deep knowledge about the retail industry and omnichannel commerce
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
