Profoto continues to grow and we are now looking for a Global Sales & Operations Manager for our head office in Stockholm. In this role, you will have a chance to make a global impact on our customer's purchasing perception.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a customer centric leader, with a strong ability to understand and develop the underlying processes behind the scene.

The main objective of this role is to give our customer a premium experience of purchase through taking the full responsibility of the Sales and Operations processes worldwide. This includes managing all logistics outbound processes, including customer order management, sales support activities, invoice handling, claim handling and other logistic processes.

The team is today outsourced to external partners. This role reports to the Vice President Operations & Quality.

Key responsibilities
The Sales and Operation manager is responsible for the daily operations towards subsidiaries, distributors, dealers and end users worldwide. This includes order management, technical support, invoice handling, system support.

The role also holds the responsibility for the strategic development of the outbound logistic processes of the ERP system. Other responsibilities includes:

- Define, hire, and develop the team responsible for the customer order management in Profoto Group.
- Full business responsibility of the outsourcing partners (agreement, negotiations…)
- Daily follow-up of the Sales and Operations teams
- Ensure that the teams are trained to perform the tasks
- Secure that the teams are manned all year long
- Responsibility of delivering the customer orders efficiently, according to the agreed KPIs (Delivery Time, Transportation Cost…)
- Responsibility of the outbound planning for the 3PL warehouses (Secure enough man hours).
- ERP system “super user” supporting further development of the system
- Responsibility to develop the Customer Order Portal based on our Business Requirement
- Responsibility for pricing information (new product introduction, price revisions, customer discount) in the ERP system for HQ and subsidiaries
- Responsibility of the processes related to the order management:
- Registration of a customer order
- Registration of a new customer
- Outbound deliveries
- Invoicing
- RMA


- Responsibility of the processes related to internal logistic
- Staff purchase
- Serial tracking
- Internal consignments


- Definition and follow-up of the KPIs related to the outbound logistic processes


Requirements
We expect that you have a customer centric approach, and the ambition to drive changes. Your ability to think strategically and execute the tactical activities will be highly appreciated. The successful candidate will have:

- Knowledge of how an ERP system works, operationally and background functionalities, preferably IFS
- Experience of managing Sales and Operations team or similar (customer contact) within a hardware company.
- Relevant Bachelor´s degree (Master degree preferred)
- Professional communication spoken and written in English
- Ability to travel up to 25 days/year
