Job Description
In the role as a Global Sales Support, you should always act with other people in mind, prioritizing safety and wellbeing in all you do.

The Global Sales Support role leads the portfolio team in their interface to the front-line sales organization for business matters. You will drive overall commercial success for their portfolio by:

Managing a smooth Order To Ship process with the Customer Center teams
Coordinate the Sales To Order process, including Machine Order handling
Helping define sales targets and following up on sales development within the portfolio
Owning and controlling the rolling forecast demand for all products within their portfolio, working closely with Customer Centers and Product Companies to minimize and manage variability
Working closely with Sales Excellence in the division to optimize the forecasting process.
Lead the forecasting Sales Requirement Prognosis (SRP) process for their portfolio
Establish and maintain the correct level of local area pricing for all products to reduce the number of requests for discounting to the Division
Be involved in Special Order meetings and upgrade projects (engine changes for example)


This work will be done in an open and collaborative manner, ensuring communication is pushed to all stakeholders ahead of demand, and that requests for change or assistance from our customers, internal or external, are answered efficiently and effectively from within their teams.

Experience requirements
You have:
Exposure to or experience in equipment forecasting for a production environment
Analytics experience
Exposure to and understanding of commodity-based markets
Direct sales or commercial experience is an asset
Experience working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional and global teams
Good knowledge of basic and intermediary financial statements and calculations
Product knowledge of Epiroc product line or competitor equipment is meritorious

You are fluent and professional in English, and additional languages are meritorious.

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden.
