Oriflame is now looking for a Global Sales Support Communication Manager to further strengthen our team.
Your responsibilities
? Established and manage communication processes of the sales support areas with the regions as well as with markets to help in building world class global communication material
? Work closely with marketing department to create the template and sales support tools for key product launches
? Manage and update print pieces
? Stay in line with the global communication trends and the latest tools used in the industry
? Integrated communication portals management and development
? Online activities management in Business Opportunity area
? Audits on the existing material usage within our Sales Force
? Conference creative concept and event management
What we are looking for
? An excellent understanding of the communication strategy and needs in direct sales industry areas
? A knowledge of the sales support tools in Network marketing business model
? A good knowledge of web and print-based marketing material
? Knowledge of the Asian direct selling market is desirable and is an advantage
? Good project management and organizational skills
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? The ability to manage and corporate with the external teams effectively
? Good team working abilities
? Creative thinking
? The ability to think spontaneously and respond positively to pressure
