We have recently deployed a new structure on how to approach our brand marketing efforts at a global scale. This entails everything from governance to how we connect and engage with our audience in an emotional, conviction-driven, and relevant way. The stage is set, and path ahead is bright but now we need you to work on further operationalizing the plan across the world. What are we looking for?
· Someone that can develop a culture of branded communication innovation, collaboration, and execution
· Someone that leads oneself – You have a habit of working independently and always taking pride in taking on work with end-to-end mentality; to communicating across the full organization to find answers and move forward with drive and conviction.
· Someone that Encourages, motivate and inspire the brand marketing community around the world, every day of the week. Focus on removing barriers and helping to unite the full brand marketing community to one team.
· Someone that can collaborate with the other brand marketing leaders to optimize and support on agency relationships, performance frameworks and brand metrics. Ultimately ensuring alignment of brand activation plans with the overall media and global brand strategy of Electrolux.
· Somebody who is a true Change Agent – We are increasing our brand experience and consumer centricity and to do so we need to engage and inspire new ways of working. Resilience in sharing the ‘why’ and enthusing around our movement to focus on the consumer first and foremost is only possible if you dare to challenge and act with boldness and conviction.
· Foster strong internal relationship with the Business Area (regional) brand marketing leads to deliver integrated, holistic activation plans that demonstrates brand conviction and commercial growth for the company.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. MBA or equivalent in marketing experience preferred
· Minimum of 10 years in Marketing & Brand Marketing Preferred, ideally 5+ in CPG, entertainment, or technology marketing
· Virtual Team leadership experience: demonstrated leadership development and experience in creating a vision, engaging and enabling cross-functional teams to succeed
· A proven track record of driving brand growth and health in CPG, entertainment, or technology industry. Furthermore, experience of operating within a matrix organization, and developing broad networks with internal and external partners
· Strong analytical skills and record of identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities
· Solid media skills, including digital marketing, understanding of all major channels, critical metric setting and measurement
· Additional experience in sales, digital marketing, social media or PR is a big plus.
· Advanced level English required
