We are now looking for a Global Senior Sourcing Buyer within Cab Interior to our global customer within the automotive industry. Arbetsuppgifter

- Drive cross-functional team to define and maintain segment purchasing strategies and ensure implementation.
- Manage interactions with Engineering in development of technical roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional team to make supplier selections and deliver to projects on time.
- Negotiate supplier agreements and major commercial issues.
- Follow market- and technology development in its area of expertise
- Deliver the defined KPI:s (Key Performance Indicators) on time and in accordance with set
targets
- Analyze the suppliers' long term performance in terms of QDCF (Quality, Delivery, Cost and
Feature) and request improvements from Supplier Management when needed.
- Coordinate and prepare supplier management meetings.
- Act as supplier relationship host.

Utbildning/erfarenhet

- University degree, preferably in engineering or business
- Minimum 5 years purchasing experience, preferably with technical components/systems and/or
extensive negotiation experience in a supplier/customer relationship
- Business Acumen
- Proficient in English
- Analytical, logical and structured
- Positive attitude, self-drive and target oriented approach
- Good communication skills
- Open and willing to work in an international environment
- Quick starter, able to motivate him- or herself
- Strong team player and the ability to take initiatives
- Europe is the preferred location for this position
