Are you looking for a managerial role with global exposure? Do you have experience in the service agreement and workshop operations? Then this might be your next role!
We are looking for an open-minded and customer-focused person who wants to bring our service agreements and workshop operations to the next level with a high focus on digitalization.
You will be a part of our Parts & Services Division organization and responsible for the global service agreement and workshop team, which consists of 12 people located globally.
Your mission
As a Global Service Agreement & Workshop Operation Manager, your mission will be to drive an international team that is focused on analytics of service agreements and workshops. The team is also responsible for guidance in regard to processes, safety, and best practices reviews on a global level. In this function, you will also work closely with the marketing and SHEQ department.
Role reports to Global Service Operations Manager.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you should be Master`s level educated and have at least 5 years of experience working in service agreement and workshop operations. You are a strong team player and have proven experience managing a global team.
You are analytical, data-driven and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment. You are a good communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels and functions and an ability to influence business teams.
As this is a global role, fluency in English (spoken and written) is necessary. Knowledge of Swedish or Spanish language is considered a plus.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden and occasional travel will be required. In case a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, Swedish local terms and conditions will apply.
The role can be performed in a hybrid way. It is a way of working that offers flexibility and allows for a better balance between work and private life, which also promotes well-being. The exact split between on-site and remote work is up to further agreement.
