The Parts & Service division provides a broad range of services with the aim of maximizing customers’ productivity. We focus on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training. The divisional headquarters are located in Örebro, Sweden, and the distribution centers are located in China, Sweden and the United States.
We are looking for a Global Service Agreements & Workshop Operations Manager, to drive the Workshop operations team and the service agreement team including the Intervention group.


Your Mission
The mission is to drive the Parts & Service division operational excellence, securing that we will be driving the best class level in service Operations, trough the development of our people, defining efficiency procedures and improving our product offer.


Your profile
You should have a university degree, preferably in business or engineering or have acquired similar competence through work experience. Good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing is essential. You also have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing service Agreements
Service Agreements negotiation experience
Demonstrated records managing high performance teams
International experience will be a plus

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Travel is required.
