Global Service Sales Manager

But now we want to be even better! We’re looking for a passionate Global Service Sales Manager to our MSH Service Department.

So, what are you going to do today?

BU Marine Separation & Heat Transfer Equipment (MSH) - Service is responsible for all after sales business in Marine and Diesel applications, within the BU. It covers spare parts, retrofit, upgrading and services.

Alfa Laval holds a strong market position in this highly competitive and international market. We will take the next step to further strengthen our position, with a Global Service Sales Manager, to continue to create outstanding customer experiences together with our Sales Companies for a Region.

About the job

You will manage the team of global sales and work together with our Sales Companies to find new business opportunities and grow the global business.

​The Global Service Sales Manager also lead the strategic direction and you have 7 FTE reporting to you.

Tasks:

-Ensure that we run our business with a clear marketing strategy based on understanding of our markets, customers and competitors
-Provide a clear offer of our products and services for specific industries and applications,
-Motivate and drive Sales Companies to generate demand in established businesses through the global sales team
-Ensure Identification and execution of strategic activities to enable long-term growth and ensure commercial and technical support on a global basis.

What you know

- University degree in relevant field, perhaps engineering or business

- Strong business acumen

- Marine business experience

- At least 5-6 years proven track record within Leadership

- Passion for Service business

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
