But now we want to be even better! We’re looking for a member to Global Service Technology & Applications for Business Unit Food Heat Transfer. So, what are you going to do today?

Alfa Laval is today the market leader for gasketed plate heat exchangers, serving the global market in a wide range of applications.

About the job

You are the one who provide in-depth technical advice & support to sales companies, customers and central teams on product and spare parts related service issues.

You will in close collaboration with sales companies, service portfolio managers and technical specialists develop the spare part business with the aim to grow the business.

You will develop and deliver training/learning activities for employees, business partners and end-user customers to secure knowledge and inspire effective work.

- Develop, administrate and provide technical support on spare parts issues globally

- Technical & market support, claims support and operational business support within your area of responsibility.

- Responsible for troubleshooting & audits for more complex issues at customer site as well as internally.

- Responsible for developing spare part concept related to Food Heat Transfer service and serviceability

Who you are?

About 5 years of application and industry knowledge, experience of Heat exchanger technology is preferred.

Strategically minded with understanding of commercial and market related issues and strong understanding of the service business.

You are a good team player and you have excellent communication and networking skills, and you are fluent in English both verbally and in writing. Willing to travel.

You have a university degree in Engineering.
