We are looking for an open-minded and result-driven person who wants to lead our global service training team on the way to shaping operational excellence for generations to come.
You will be a part of our Parts & Services Division organization and the global service operations team.
Your mission
As a Global Service Training Manager, your mission will be to drive an international team that is focused on providing and organizing excellent training courses in regard to service operations. You will be also responsible for the setup of new training programs in this segment together with HR. In this function, you will work closely with the whole organization especially HR, the indirect sales team and marketing.
Specific tasks include ensuring the capability and knowledge in the service organization globally and development of new training courses based on global standards and in projects.
Role reports to Global Operations Manager.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a team player with great organizational and communication skills. Knowledge in the area of training and education development is also needed.
You are communicative, efficient, and highly motivated person and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced work environment. You have experience in facilitation across all levels and functions and an ability to influence business teams.
As this a global role, fluency in English (spoken and written) is necessary.

Location and travel
The location for this role is preferably Örebro, Sweden, but other locations in the proximity of Epiroc offices may be considered. Occasional travel would be required in this role.
The role can be performed in a hybrid way. It is a way of working that offers flexibility and allowing for a better balance between work and private life, which also promotes well-being. The exact split between on-site and remote work is up to further agreement.
