We are looking for a Global Services Product Manager, Educational Offerings to join the OptiRunTM Solutions Portfolio Team. This role, reporting to the Global Director of Services Product Management, will focus on managing and driving growth, engagement, and brand strength through a portfolio of educational offerings. What you’ll do
Partner with strategic customers to understand how we can support them through newly designed educational offerings focused on understanding, caring for, and optimizing use of Cytiva systems for their applications
Develop long term, “big picture” strategy around how educational offerings differentiate Cytiva from competitors and contribute to overall financial success…this may include live, digital, hybrid, VR and AR offerings
Own business plan and execution for new education product introductions by defining educational offerings roadmap, managing milestone deliverables ahead of launch including asset codes, PSP (Product Support Plans), customer-facing material, and driving internal launch preparedness globally
Work closely with Engineering, Field Operations, Marketing, Commercial and other supporting teams to ensure offerings are impactful and operational
Continually monitor health of service portfolio based on organizationally defined KPIs and business goals, identify gaps or areas for improvement and define plans/resources required to address them
Drive alignment within the Biotechnology Group around the scope and RACI for educational offerings. This includes both the “legacy” Cytiva and Pall businesses.
Who you are
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills…ability to translate customer needs into robust business cases
Build and clearly communicate long term strategy to senior executives
Project management skills with history of working on complex projects in a highly matrixed environment
The ideal location for this role is in Uppsala Sweden, however for the right candidate we are open for other placements in Europe.
