What you’ll do
As a result of our growing customer needs to ensure maximum lifecycle utilization of their equipment, we are looking for a Global Services Supply Chain Program Manager. This role will support current Services Supply Chain operations and take the lead on new acquisitions/integrations for Global Services.
Cytiva’s organic growth combined with multiple acquisitions and integrations is creating a larger, thriving organization.
Lead Service Supply Chain track to ensure operations are streamlined, budgets are met and service levels are maintained or improved.
Coordinate activities from Product Registration, Rebranding, Inventory management, Training, etc.
Drive strong collaboration efforts and partnerships across the Global Services organization (e.g. Regions, Product Management, Service Engineering, Technology Ops, Qualification Services, etc.) and various cross-functional teams (e.g. Customized Bioprocess Solutions(CBS), Automation & Digital, R&D, Quality/Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Supplier Quality, IT, etc.) to enable state of the art delivery
Drive improvements within the Service Supply Chain to improve service levels. Communicate projects current state and changes/updates to management at global and regional levels as appropriate.
Actively participate in analytics and planning for operational, budgetary and mid/long term strategies and goals
Support inventory optimization initiatives across Global Services business.
Develop and maintain quality-controlled processes/SOPs
Leverage DBS as appropriate
Support customer meetings as needed
Travel as needed – 10-20%
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study with a minimum of 5 years experience in an Supply Chain, Logistics, S&OP, Materials, operations, field service or similar role.
Strong focus on customer, quality and meeting customer needs
Experience of working in a global, matrixed environment.
Demonstration of innovation and adaptability to further advance business operations and customer experience
Very strong analytical skills, able to deal with large amount of data, in multiple formats and from different sources, consolidating all data and showing ability to identify and prioritize focus areas
Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to details. Adaptable to multiple requests, daily changes and still deliver on commitments
Communicates effectively at all levels of the organization. Expresses ideas clearly and simply both verbally and in writing. Promotes timely, ongoing flow of information to others. Communicates and listens effectively to develop and maintain key business relationships.
Understanding issues at a region level but also able to see the bigger picture relevant to organization on a global scale.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.), e-mail, web browsers and spreadsheet software
Strong Command of the English language both written and spoken
Desirable: Prior knowledge with Oracle, Demantra and Qlik tools
Desirable: Knowledge of DBS tools and understanding of Cytiva products
