Our job is to supply the tools and services - the pots, pans, soups and sauces - they need to work better, faster and safer, leading to better patient outcomes.
We are looking for a Global Services Technical Instructor, based at our site in Uppsala, to work with our expert Global Services Technical Training team of ten employees across the world. Do you have a passion for Technical Training? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Plan, prepare for, and run training courses at our global training centres.
Engage with Instructional Design team to assist with development/review of training material.
Engage and provide training input into new product introductions.
Perform OJT (On the Job Training) and JQS (Job Quality Standards) appraisals when necessary.
Collaborate in a team environment to drive a learning continuum culture.

Who you are
Have experience in IT networking, Unicorn software, GDP, cGMP and Qualification.
Positive individual who creates an excellent learning environment where great trainee experience is the standard.
Willing to develop in the area of Instructional skills and implement new delivery formats and techniques including new tools for various types of virtual delivery.
Team player, with a positive attitude and a passion for creativity.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create varied learning styles for all students.
Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office software applications.
Be comfortable as a role model for our field based trainer group, by encouraging best practice and demonstrating great student focused training techniques.
