What’s the job?
In this position, you develop, manage, and lead the S&OP process for aftermarket. Ensuring supply chain performance predictability and drive supply chain network optimization and digitalization, is another exciting part of your job. You secure and implement world-class end-to-end planning processes, such as demand and supply planning and inventory management. Working towards a seamless data flow and automation of data processing, you define clear and actionable roadmaps to support our business today and for the future!
In this role you have no direct reports, it’s more about owning processes, systems, informal leadership, and drive performance. As the business process owner of our planning tool Voyager, you work closely with our planners. You ensure that E2E planning processes are designed to meet the strategic ambitions of our business area, and that digitalization benefits are explored and engineered into the processes. You conduct and oversee strategic supply chain analysis as well as identify and recommend opportunities for improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of our supply chain. To further strengthen our business, you develop and implement supply chain designs, models, strategies, and processes. You coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. Also, you engage all levels of the organization and guide each functional area in the understanding of how they impact the S&OP process.

You’re based in Svedala, and some travel might occur.

What you need to succeed
A relevant master’s degree and extensive experience of supply chain planning in a global environment is needed to succeed in this role, as well as knowledge within related IT systems and the S&OP process. Preferably, you have experience in developing S&OP processes in a global company with several production facilities. You possess deep understanding when it comes to aftermarket sales and you are experienced within digitalization.
We recognize and value your passion and personality, characterized by your strategic, purposeful, and strong-willed set of mind. You’re not afraid to question existing ways of working or identify improvement opportunities, as you’re always passionate and committed in your work. You know how to set a vision that strengthens a business and transform it into clear actions and measurable milestones. Collaboration is at the core of your character, and your structured, enduring, and genuine ways are a winning combination as you interact and build trust among stakeholders across the organization. With your open-minded attitude and high level of intercultural understanding, you can drive change and results in a highly global environment.
