Global Sourcing Compliance Manager

As the next step in our development plan, we are now looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to raise our internal awareness.
Your team
You will be part of our Global Sourcing team reporting directly to the Epiroc Sourcing Council consisting of Vice Presidents from every Division.

We are a global team sitting in, Sweden (Örebro), Czech Republic (Prague) and India (Bangalore).
Your mission
As a Global Sourcing Compliance Manager, your mission is to secure a high level of compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies. You will create relevant KPIs and monitoring to identify and mitigate risks and support the divisions in their related activities.
You will also be an ambassador within the Sourcing function and create awareness by actively developing a compliance culture and associated training.
Other responsibilities or topics would include; Modern Slavery, Human rights, Legislations and regulations, Risk assessment, Audits, Processes, Communication and training.
Your profile
We are looking for an experienced person who have worked in similar positions before. You have a relevant degree (law, business administration or any other relevant field) and an international and multi-cultural mindset. You are familiar with change management, skilled with reporting to stakeholders and you can inspire others with your leadership.
To be successful in this role, you should be driven, organized and persistent. While being autonomous you have good communication and collaboration skills.
Since we are a global organization, excellent communication in English (verbal and written) is a requirement.
Location and travel
We are flexible about where the role can be located, any Epiroc production or hub location is preferred. Occasional travel is required.
