Global Sourcing Process Manager
Do you want to make a difference and be part of our journey toward a world class Strategic Sourcing organization? Then the role as a Global Sourcing Process Manager within Epiroc might be something for you!
As the next step in our development plan, we are looking for an experienced Process Manager to raise our internal efficiency and compliance levels.
Your team
You will be part of our Global Sourcing team reporting directly to the Epiroc Sourcing Council consisting of Vice Presidents from every Division.

We are global team sitting in, Sweden (Örebro), Czech Republic (Prague) and India (Bangalore)
Your mission
As a Global Sourcing Process Manager, your mission is to propose new and improve existing processes in line with Sourcing strategy. You will identify and report business needs and create plans for implementation of new applications, processes and reports.
You will also support the divisions in their related activities. You will also be an ambassador within the Sourcing function and create awareness around your activities and provide associated training. Other responsibilities or topics would include KPIs, Governance, Category management, Data management / Digitalization, Audits, Processes, Communication and training.
Your profile
We are looking for an experienced person with previous experience in similar positions. You have a relevant degree (law, business administration or any other relevant field) and an international and multi-cultural mindset. You are familiar with change management, skilled with reporting to stakeholders and you can inspire others with your leadership and vision.
To be successful in this role, you should be driven, organized and persistent. While being autonomous you have good communication and collaboration skills and always keep an open mind.
Since we are a global organization, excellent communication in English (verbal and written) is a requirement.
Location and travel
We are flexible about where the role can be located, any Epiroc production or hub location is preferred. Occasional travel is required.
