Global Specialist, Insights & Capabilities, Consumer Experience Organization

The role and the main responsibilities
Lead the global knowledge management platform and drive stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
Lead CX Capabilities Microlearning effort, including technical work with external supplier and internal engagement and Electrolux IT team.
Be the insights business partner for Capabilities in CX.
Lead internal communication and activation of insights related capability efforts and support CX comms team when insights related content is needed.
Support the CX capabilities change management process /plan, organize and improve efficiency of CX training efforts and help shaping the CX Capability initiatives related to Insights & Innovation.
Support analytics in innovation through close connection with Analytics team.
Insights focus
• Support overall Capability building program: coordinate and contribute to content creation of Insights and Innovation core modules.
• Support the Insights leader in the global community management by coordinating meetings between global Experience Areas and the four Business Areas (APAC MEA, Europe, LATAM, NA), supporting agenda development and meetings schedule.
• Support the Global SIGMA synthesis process through data mining and its translation into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Assist in embedding common methods and processes around innovation
• Respond to ad hoc requests for data and insights through new projects or analysis of past studies or external research
• Support the community building through communication and meetings ecosystem (Meetings, events, forums, platforms, among others)
• Handle external vendors to implement consumer research and control costs. Supporting the 3 Experience areas Insights heads for briefing, supplier selection and field related definitions.
Innovation and Marketing capabilities
• Support the insights connection with Analytics in the CMO organization.
• Support the definition and development of our ELX Marketing and insights capability and learning agenda in marketing and beyond.
• Support the consumer centric capabilities development in Innovation, marketing and CXO

Your profile
• Demonstrated experience from capability building, using remote and technology supported tools
• Proven experience implementing and managing global knowledge platforms
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Microlearning
• Knowledge of Analytics process/basics
• Project management experience
• Experience in generating behaviour changing insight & identifying effective levers of engagement
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
Synthesis, ability to integrate different data/information sources and build actionable recommendations
