Do you want to lead a global team and set the strategy for our supplier base?

Global Supplier Management (GSM) within Tetra Pak Processing Systems is responsible for the supplier base for Processing Solutions globally. We are now recruiting a manager with senior supplier management experience to lead and develop one of our three purchasing segments. The position includes Supplier Management for our OEM segment. You will lead a global team of about 10-15 direct reports. The aim is to develop a well performing and competitive supplier base at lowest possible cost, meeting high demands on quality, delivery performance and compliance to policies, rules and regulations.

You will be part of the GSM Management team, setting the strategies and driving improvements on a global level, as well as setting and driving the strategies for your Global Purchasing Categories (GPC´s) in your segment.

The position is intended to be based in Lund, Sweden, with up to 100 days/year of travelling.


Main responsibilities
- Create, drive and implement global purchasing category strategies.
- Coordinate global GPC activities and enhance collaboration and alignment between the different sites and clusters.
- Secure training for, and coach people in the different GPCs.
- Take an active part in the management team for Global Supplier Management.


Qualifications

We are looking for a dedicated leader with strong communication skills and who has the ability to paint a vision and create commitment and alignment. You possess strong stake-holder management abilities and understand how to work
cross-functional. A strong personal drive and result orientation is also required to be successful in this position.

You have a university degree or similar as well as several years of experience within supply management on management level, giving you a strong business understanding and a strategic view. Furthermore, you have experience from negotiating both with small and large suppliers and with a strong result. We also value if you have experience from driving change. You have a very good command of English, both written and spoken.
