Following the development of H&M towards customer centricity, Supply Chain team within central Sales and Commercial Operations Support has grown rapidly over recent years. Now we are 12 individuals coming from 8 different countries sharing the same values and passion for Supply Chain and hence working as one strong team. We work with colleagues from headquarters in Stockholm and regional teams from all over the world to support and improve operations, maintain and develop tools, optimize omni garment flows and many more exciting areas within the supply chain.

Job Description
Act as a data and tech person in the team creating value from data
Contribute with data extraction, data processing, visualization, creating and developing tools and models
In a continuous way secure access to relevant KPIs for key global and regional stakeholders by maintaining and developing toolbox
Provide information on-demand and establish self-service approach when needed
Take part in cross-functional forums bringing data driven insights on the table
Provide operational support to regional and global colleagues
Contribute to developing data foundation
Actively search to optimize existing processes in the brick-and-mortar and e-commerce supply chain to cater towards the needs of modern omni customers
Qualifications
You have extensive background working with data and naturally use a data driven approach to solve business tasks
Most likely you have a university degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics or similar
Solid experience working with Excel, SQL and Data Visualization tools ( PowerBI, Tableau) is a must
Python, R, VBA, Alteryx would be meriting
Since you will cooperate with colleagues from many different functions along with external consultants, good command of people skills is strongly preferred
Business Expertise in areas within Supply Chain would be a strong plus
You are fluent in English, both oral and written
