Our Exciting Opportunity
Would you like to make a difference and ensure an outstanding level of service for our customers?
As a Global Supply Chain Manager, your day-to-day tasks will be to build an optimal production plan against forecast and customer orders, analyze utilization, capacity, and incoming goods to create the right conditions for a cost-efficient supply chain with an efficient service level. You will work closely with a wide range of partners from all over the world, where you will be the owner and single point of contact for your products in the short-term horizon!
This role reports to the Head of Radio and Filter Operations and will be based in Sweden.
You will
Own short-term horizon supply plan per product and producing site
Build and communicate supply chain plans
Provide capability and capacity analysis
Actively work with risk management
Create effective partnerships with markets and sites
Lead the allocation of important material towards our producing sites
Develop planning principles and methodology
Perform collaborative planning
Be accountable for performance and improvement management
Supervise factory performance and production
To be successful in the role you must have
University degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent working experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the supply planning area
Relevant expertise from supply, logistics and/or production
Supply chain and supply process knowledge
Passion about delivering a high customer-value product
Strong sense of responsibility
Interest in continuous improvements within the value chain and our ongoing development projects
Confidence and ability to work independently, but with a lot of interactions
Excellent analytical capabilities
Competence to influence across organizations, effectively leading change, originating ideas, gaining commitment
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
