Our Exciting Opportunity
Would you like to make a difference and ensure an outstanding level of service for our customers?
We are now looking for a Global Supply Chain Manager who will look at product life cycle and product phase-out to balance cost-efficiency and customer requirements! Control end to end delivery to support customer and build an efficient supply chain
You will work closely with partners cross functionally, by leading changes for supply chain future.
This position will be based Sweden reporting to the Head of Microwave Operation.

You will
Create an effective partnership with markets, sites and supply product manager
Focus on product phase-out ensuring an inventory optimization aligned with standard methodologies. Minimize obsolete stock by proactively communicate and influence relevant partners.
Ensure a seamless implementation of product change in coordination with the different stakeholders, minimizing unnecessary cost and delays.
Suggest improvement areas and secure implementation of activities contributing to supply chain development, supply chain performance and cost avoidance activities


To be successful in the role you must have
University degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent working experience
Demonstrated competence in supply planning area
Relevant expertise from supply, logistics and/or production
Supply Chain and Supply Process Knowledge
Excellent data analytical capabilities
Outstanding communication skills
Passion about delivering a high customer-value product
Interest in continues improvements within the value chain and our ongoing development projects
Confidence and ability to work independently, but with a lot of interactions
Competence to influence across organizations, leading change, originating ideas, gaining dedication
A proactive leadership style in which you can influence a wide range of partners
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
