We are currently present in 53 physical markets through +400 shop-in-shops (SiS) and 20 concept stores (CS) and as we will continue to grow our store portfolio during the upcoming years, our Global Supply Chain Merchandiser will play an essential role in creating profitable growth for the brand globally.




Job Description


As Global Supply Chain Merchandiser, you will be working in a high paced dynamic environment and be part of a team with constant drive to improve, while having fun on the way. You will share the responsibility of reaching the sales and profit goals of our physical stores globally. You will be a part of the central H&M Home Merchandising team and work in close collaboration with other functions such as Logistics, Assortment, Merchandising as well as central/regional counterparts at H&M brand.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Define and execute short- and long-term strategies connected to stock and sales globally
Act as the analytical engine, generating creative insights and recommending relevant actions around all processes related to stock management (allocation, replenishment, reductions etc.)
Develop and improve supply chain related topics through implementing new processes, methods and tools
Analyze, review and re-define existing store portfolio strategy – store segmentation & space management
Ensure optimal stock balance and stock freshness, and ultimately our global reduction strategy





Qualifications


To be successful in the role we see that you have:
A degree in Business Administration (or similar)
+3 years of working experience within Merchandising and/or Business Controlling and a strong track record of business results
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn analysis into actions
Enjoys working both strategically and operationally and thrives through close cross functional collaboration
Preferably has experience working on a global level
Fluent in English

Additional Information


This is a fulltime assignment based in Stockholm and you will report to the Global Head of Merchandising at H&M Home.
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak and the measures we are taking to meet the crisis, we have decided to freeze recruitments in many parts of the organization until further notice. However, this position is considered as critical for the long-term success of our business and is therefore excepted the current recruitment freeze.
