We are now looking for a GSC Quality Improvement Project Leader to support the business by driving quality improvement projects and assignments across the global supply chain.

What you'll do
The projects, assignments and challenges in this position will vary over time, ranging from IT systems and tools, to process and technical/engineering investigations and improvement projects. However, the strategic direction for this role and for the assignments will be towards driving proactive and predictive quality for our existing products, delivering best in class solutions.
The GSC Quality Improvement Project Leader will also network and collaborate closely with other part of the global supply chain to support best practice sharing and standardization where applicable.
Tasks include:
Driving improvement projects
Supporting the implementation of new tools and ways of working across the supply chain
Leading and supporting root cause investigations and problem solving assignments (PSP: s)
Supporting strategic quality initiatives
Reporting and consolidating data / metrics
Contributing with improvement ideas
Best practice sharing



Who you are
Preferably Bachelor's degree in a related field (Quality / Statistics / Computer Science) or a some years working experience within quality improvements
Foundation knowledge of operations environments.
Drive– a “doer” who likes to drive projects and tasks to completion and have the ability to identify new and creative solutions to business challenges
High standard of communication, both verbal and written in english
Able to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders. Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Solid Influencing skills - excellent interpersonal, consulting and engagement skills
Ability to plan and manage a range of priorities, and deliver projects to deadline, within an agreed/defined standard
