As manager and driver for this function you will be a vital resource to reach their world-class ambitions.As they need to further strengthen their global capabilities, you have an excellent opportunity to make a difference.Simplified, your focus will be on creating an attractive global supplier base for OEM Components by driving and coordinating strategic sourcing activities in close co-operation with site managers and local resources.You will also work in close co-operation and coordinate the needs from our clients - business units and clusters - in order to set and achieve cost reduction targets. The following will be your areas of responsibility and involvement as global supply segment manager: .Member of CSM management team, reporting to Global Director .Set and follow-up on global objectives and performance targets . Energise and stretch local sourcing teams to reach objectives and performance targets . Drive development of tools and templates for the supply segment . Work closely with clients to achieve best possible sourcing solution Qualifications You should have the ability to work effectively with remote and cultural diverse sourcing teams.Broad sourcing knowledge, strategic thinking, courage and a driving personality to make it happen are necessary skills to take on this role.You should also be self-going, multi-tasking, analytical and communicative as a person.You will work closely with colleagues in Asia, Europe and United States and it is thus necessary to be fluent in both written and verbal English.Other languages are a merit.We believe that the successful candidate has preferably a University degree and experience from a similar position.Application In this recruitment Tetra Pak are cooperating with Manpower Professional.If you find this position interesting, please apply via the ad on www.manpower.se .
