Are you a social person with an interest in systems and people, who wants to develop more towards IT? Do you have experience in Sales & Marketing or with CRM systems? Then it can be you Cibes Lift Group is looking for!

Cibes Lift Group is a company under strong growth and now we are looking for a colleague for the Global IT System team, led by our Global IT System Manager. We are a group of four people with a lot of drive who have fun together. We are unpretentious, and we support each other as our top skills differ.

In the team, everyone has a system ownership for a main system, your system ownership is covered by systems within sales & marketing. As responsible for Group-wide systems, you will have various tasks such as management and further development of MS Dynamics in existing and new subsidiaries in consultation with system suppliers.

You will lead projects about changes and additions to implemented solutions and are responsible for process improvements and changes to user access. The role also includes contributing with support and training of system users and support for connected projects. You document processes and routines and ensure that the systems work in accordance with specifications. The position is located at the head office in Gävle, but there are possibilities to work from Cibes Lift office in Stockholm or remotely from home

Your profile

You have a good system understanding and can communicate with end users, technicians, and sellers. Your way of working is methodical, analytical and structured. You are social and "service-minded" with a great drive of your own. You take the initiative and find it easy to work independently as well as collaborate with others. You like working in a changing environment and adapt effectively to new or changed approaches.

We have a lot of technical expertise within the company and are looking for you who want to work from a human focus view with the people who use the systems and those who create them to contribute to best possible business benefit. Even though the service has a lot of IT elements, we see that you first and foremost have a solid understanding of business, leads, business relationships and campaigns. You have experience of and good results in business and sales processes.

You understand the importance of good CRM support to streamline, improve and develop our sales and marketing departments, as an important part of the ongoing global expansion we are undergoing.

Qualifications

You have a university degree in an area relevant to the job in IT or Sales / Trade / Marketing, or other experience or education that the employer deems equivalent. Your English is fluent in speech and writing and you are open to and interested in other cultures. Previous experience from a similar global role is highly meritorious.
