About the job
In this expert role, your mission is about driving, leading and coordinating the implementation of a talent attraction strategy driven by the culture within SMR. You develop and execute strategies and roadmaps in the areas of employer branding, onboarding, global sourcing strategy, e-NPS, alumni and university networking on a business area level as well as in collaboration with our divisions and sales areas. By collaborating with them, you also drive areas related to employer branding. Together with stakeholders across Sandvik you ensure that your area is developed and implemented effectively, consistently and according to strategies and roadmaps.
You sync engagement data and people analytics to produce robust analysis and set the direction of our organization with focus on attraction. This includes contributing to strategic planning and decision-making with key stakeholders and keeping our people strategy aligned with other business strategies. Keeping up with market trends and best practices in your area is important. You represent us in interactions with external stakeholders and networks and share your knowledge and insights with stakeholders at all levels. You work along other Talent Attraction Experts across the Sandvik Group – by both leading and participating in a forum of expertise and by driving projects in the area of your responsibility.
You report to, and act in close collaboration with, the Head of Employee Experience at SMR. The location for this position is somewhat flexible, however, we do prefer to have you in or close to Stockholm, Sweden. Travel is a natural part of your job, as well as efficient digital collaboration across time zones.
About you
We’re looking for someone with experience working as an HR leader combined with in-depth knowledge in a relevant area such as employer branding, e-NPS, employee value proposition, global onboarding implementation and diverse sourcing strategy. You’ve been working both strategically and operationally in a global industrial environment and are passionate about providing a great candidate experience. You’re used to navigating in a decentralized organization with cross-functional collaboration and close contact with managers and HR, and you’re comfortable making presentation to stakeholders on all levels. You’re interested in new digital solutions and possess good knowledge of Office 365. Experience in the mining industry is advantageous. As we act in a global setting, you must be fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
